If you are a professional focused on safety, operational efficiency, and optimization of drilling and blasting processes, we want to meet you! **Job Mission** Ensure optimal execution of drilling and blasting activities, guaranteeing blast compliance to supply required material for loading and hauling according to client production targets. **Main Requirements** * **Education:** Licensed in Mining, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years of total experience** (preferably in mining or industrial sectors). * **Desirable specialization:** Blasting conditions and techniques. * **Key knowledge:** * Drilling, blasting, and use of explosives. * Industrial Safety and Mining Hygiene regulations and standards. * *Desirable:* Intermediate Microsoft Office and intermediate English. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure safety in drilling and blasting operations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. * Train personnel on equipment handling, explosive materials, and legal documentation requirements. * Record and monitor consumption, performance, and service levels of drilling and blasting materials. * Enforce blasting protocols, ensure prior notification in affected areas, and post blasting notices. Salary: S/.8,000\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
