Our company is currently seeking a talented and proactive **Logistics Assistant** to ensure our operations run with complete precision. **What will be your mission?** You will be the key player in guaranteeing control, fluency, and accuracy throughout our procurement process—from document registration to seamless coordination with our suppliers and warehouses. **Your main challenges and responsibilities:** * **Document Control and Management:** Impeccably register and organize purchase orders, order notes, and other critical logistics documentation. * **Validation and Auditing:** Meticulously verify that purchase orders match invoicing and validate incoming goods documentation against quotations. Your attention to detail will make all the difference! * **Warehouse Coordination:** Monitor merchandise deliveries and receipts, ensuring strict adherence to agreed timelines and specifications. * **Tracking and Alerts:** Track delivery deadlines alongside the Logistics Analyst and proactively communicate any deviations in a timely manner. * **Supplier Partnership:** Maintain smooth communication for order tracking, confirmations, and resolution of pending documentation. * **Problem Resolution:** Coordinate and propose agile, creative solutions to operational incidents related to goods receipt and replenishment. * **Management Support:** Prepare key performance reports for internal and external meetings, directly supporting the Logistics Analyst and Logistics Manager. * **Operational Leadership:** Represent the Analyst in operational activities or external meetings when required. * **Workplace Care:** Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace, safeguarding assigned equipment and supplies. * **Dynamic Collaboration:** Support other functions within the department as needed. What are we looking for in you? * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in *Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering*, or related technical fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply, or logistics support roles. * **Soft Skills:** Strong organizational ability, assertive communication, problem-solving orientation, and proactivity. Reporting Relationships: * **Reports to:** Logistics Analyst / Logistics Manager. * **Internal Coordination:** Warehouse, Billing, and Finance teams. * **External Coordination:** Suppliers and transporters.
