At one of our hotels located in Trujillo, we are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** who wants to be part of an outstanding gastronomic experience and deliver high-quality service to our guests. ***Requirements*** * Technical training in Gastronomy * Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience * Valid health certificate * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Assist in food preparation and cooking according to the chef’s or kitchen supervisor’s instructions. * Perform mise en place (washing, cutting, peeling, and organizing ingredients) for daily production. * Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards established by the hotel. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area, equipment, and kitchen utensils. * Assist in plating and presentation of dishes. * Verify proper storage and preservation of food and ingredients. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and food handling regulations. * Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen products and supplies. * Support the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, or event services. ***What We Offer:*** * Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Formal employment under REMYPE payroll * Job stability * Excellent working environment * Opportunity for learning and professional development Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
