Job Summary: At BINGO PJ, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Multifunctional Operator to ensure an agile, friendly, and entertaining experience for our customers, supporting operations on the gaming floor, in sales, at the cash register, in bingo calling, and in customer service. At **BINGO PJ**, we seek dynamic, proactive individuals with an outstanding service attitude to serve as **Multifunctional Operators**. You will play a vital role in shaping our customers’ experience by supporting operations on the gaming floor, in sales, at the cash register, in bingo calling, and in customer service—ensuring agile, friendly, and entertaining service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous, timely, and high-quality customer service. * Sell bingo cards and promote current campaigns. * Operate the cash register, process sales payments, and handle cash according to established procedures. * Call bingo games while maintaining dynamism and enthusiasm throughout gameplay. * Verify and distribute prizes in accordance with establishment policies. * Assist in maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper operation of the gaming floor. * Contribute to social media content creation when required. * Support other operational duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in customer service, sales, and/or cashiering. * Excellent communication skills, service-oriented attitude, and interpersonal confidence. * Cash handling proficiency. * Availability to work during scheduled shifts. * Willingness to work in Trujillo. **Working Hours:** * Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM * Thursday to Saturday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1200 * Full payroll registration from day one * Bi-weekly payments Application Questions: * In which district do you reside? * Please provide your mobile phone number. * Are you available for the stated schedule?
