




Job Summary: A Field Sales Supervisor will lead and organize a team to achieve door-to-door sales targets for internet, TV, and telephony services, focusing on training, motivation, and on-site supervision. FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR Team size: 4–6 advisors MISSION: Lead, organize, and ensure achievement of fiber internet, TV, and telephony door-to-door sales targets FUNCTIONS - Plan routes and coverage zones in Áncash; monitor attendance, working hours, and uniform compliance - Train the team on offers, sales closing, and handling objections - Accompany staff in the field, verify recorded sales, and report daily/weekly progress - Apply weekly incentives, motivate staff, and correct deviations - Recruit, select, and retain personnel; report results to management REQUIREMENTS - Completed secondary education / incomplete technical degree; minimum 1 year of field supervision experience (telecom preferred) - Proficiency in door-to-door sales, Android mobile device operation, and residence in TRUJILLO - Leadership, energy, results orientation, and availability Monday through Saturday Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
