




Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Administrator to supervise and coordinate worker activities, and manage the administrative aspects of the construction site and camp. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the administration and operations of the construction site and camp. 2. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures. 3. Currently, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **CONSTRUCTION SITE ADMINISTRATOR**, and join our team. What do we expect from you? You must: * Hold a degree in Administration, Accounting, or Engineering. You must have solid knowledge in: * Law No. 29783 and implementation of Integrated Management Systems ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\. * Labor regime management, payroll, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), vacations, SCTR (Seguro Complementario de Trabajo de Riesgo), Life Insurance Law, labor benefits (ONP and AFP), ESSALUD and/or EPS health insurance. * Work valuation, contracts, logistics, personnel management, camp administration, and common and civil payroll processing. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). You must have: * A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in medium- and/or small-scale mining, administering construction sites, camps, and personnel. * Strong communication skills. * Critical analysis, leadership, emotional intelligence, and fluency in verbal expression. What will be your objective? To directly supervise and coordinate worker activities, and manage the administrative aspects of the construction site and camp. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement and monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures. * Administer maintenance, cleaning, and conservation services for all areas at the construction site. * Constantly coordinate with the Project Coordinator (Resident Engineer) regarding camp service payment schedules, accounting document receipt, and other approved matters. * Supervise and control internal consumption, material and fuel stock levels, and conduct biweekly inventories. Supervise the number of workers assigned to the construction site and ensure that daily attendance logs and reports are properly prepared. Continuously inform Human Resources of all worker-related incidents (resignations, absences, medical leaves, permissions, etc.). Actively participate in personnel onboarding and field registration processes (SUPPLIERS AND PIL PERSONNEL). Monitor the monthly summary table of general construction site expenses. \- Biweekly petty cash reconciliation. Administer worker habitability (services and dining facilities), as well as supervise their proper functioning. Represent the company before suppliers, clients, visitors, trade associations, public institutions, and others visiting the construction site. Apply safety protocols in case of any incident (theft, fire, or others) as instructed by the client. Support coordination efforts for material requirements (e.g., pickup trucks), raw materials, equipment, machinery, and other items requested by the construction site, and fully track procurement processes until delivery, including accurate recordkeeping. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **PROJECT CONDITIONS:** * Mine located in Trujillo, Otuzco (4 hours from Trujillo city). * Travel expense coverage for departures from Lima or Trujillo. * 20 days on / 10 days off work schedule. * Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits.
