




Job Summary: A professional responsible for comprehensive procurement management, supplier search and evaluation, and operational cost analysis to ensure optimal quality-to-price ratio. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the search for and evaluation of strategic suppliers. 2. Analyze purchases, budgets, and operational costs. 3. Maintain records of suppliers and products for procurement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the search, selection, and evaluation of primary and alternative suppliers to ensure optimal quality-to-price ratio for goods and services. * Identify suppliers for purchase execution, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses to make optimal decisions. * Evaluate suppliers commercially based on pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines. * Prepare purchase orders for requisitioned items. * Maintain a record of the supplier list and the products they supply. * Register invoices in the computerized system. * Track product inflows and outflows. * Request credit notes from suppliers for returned goods. * Review purchase order status in the system. * Analyze purchases, budgets, and operational costs. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that contribute to achieving company objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of inventory, materials, stock, and supplier management. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Willingness to travel across the country for procurement activities.
