Currently, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **CONSTRUCTION WAREHOUSE CLERK**, to join our team.
What do we expect from you?
You must be:
* A Technical Specialist or Bachelor’s graduate in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
You must possess solid knowledge in:
* Warehouse and Inventory Management
* Intermediate Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
You must have:
* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Construction Warehouse Clerk in medium- and small-scale mining projects.
* Critical analysis, leadership, emotional management, and strong communication skills.
* Attention to order and clarity.
What will be your objective?
To carry out activities related to receiving, handling, storing, safeguarding, and distributing material resources in accordance with best logistics practices and the organization’s current policies, thereby supporting the achievement of operational plans and demand satisfaction.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Assist in controlling the entry and exit of materials, tools, merchandise, supplies, equipment, and other assets under the company’s custody.
* Provide documentation such as certificates, delivery note reports, and related reports upon request.
* Generate service requests for preventive, corrective, and calibration maintenance of equipment.
* Perform handling, loading, unloading, physical counting, packaging, classification, protection, and distribution of materials and equipment.
* Timely record material movement transactions in the ERP system.
* Mark warehouse zones according to received instructions.
* Assemble and disassemble storage shelving units.
* Request creation/modification of product codes and generate Purchase Requisitions for material replenishment or acquisition of new products.
* Apply efficient, safe, and cost-effective practices for receiving, quality control, storage, handling, dispatch, and transfer of materials to ensure infrastructure integrity, optimized space utilization, rapid material access and movement, and efficient use of labor and equipment.
* Label products in accordance with established procedures for proper identification of hazards and risks.
* Maintain the workplace, tools, and material-handling equipment in good condition regarding safety, hygiene, and operation.
* Coordinate transportation of materials between warehouses (project and main).
* Conduct and keep updated physical inventory counts and inventory controls for potential audits.
* Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
**PROJECT CONDITIONS:**
* Mine located in Trujillo, Otuzco (4 hours from Trujillo city)
* Travel allowances covered for departures from Lima or Trujillo.
* Work schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off
* Employment contract under payroll, with all statutory benefits.
