We are looking for a **Quality Supervisor** **On-site Mode \- Trujillo, Peru.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop the Quality Management Plan and Inspection Point Plan; generate inspection protocols and records for each project in coordination with supervisors; ensure their dissemination and continuously verify compliance. * Review applicable work procedures; identify critical processes; and implement improvements based on national and international standards (RNE, ASTM, ACI, ASME, AWS, etc.) and project specifications. * Conduct quality inspections for civil works (earthmoving, foundations, and concrete), steel structures, electrical and sanitary installations, thermal insulation panels, and industrial refrigeration systems—verifying procedures, contractual scope, budget, materials, products, tests, and measurements. * Identify, record, and report detected nonconformities; coordinate their resolution and follow up until closure within established deadlines. * Maintain updated, complete, traceable, and organized Quality Management documentation in the folder structure defined for each project. * Lead root cause analysis of project failures with participation from Engineering, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other involved departments. * Document corrective and preventive actions derived from failure analysis, assign responsibilities, and follow up until effectiveness verification and closure. * Prepare and distribute quality reports and summaries containing inspection results, deviations, risks, pending actions, and recommendations for workers and involved departments. * Participate in the preparation, monitoring, and closure of the Observation List, as well as in project testing and commissioning activities. * Design and lead the Industrial Refrigeration, Electricity, and Electronics Quality Training Program through inductions, presentations, and workshops for Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams. * Standardize electrical materials by project type, defining specifications, acceptance criteria, and approved alternatives in coordination with technical departments. * Participate in the preparation and review of warranty letters, ensuring their scope, validity, exclusions, and conditions correspond to the project type. * Define and maintain an updated warranty handling procedure, and monitor its implementation by responsible departments and contractors until full resolution. * Receive, register, prioritize, and manage warranty requests, ensuring timely handling, traceability, technical validation, and documented closure. * Accompany customers during warranty handling, maintain clear communication, and measure their satisfaction upon closure to identify improvement opportunities. * Preparation of the Project Quality Dossier. * Other duties consistent with the position assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in project quality management and at least 1 year supervising multidisciplinary construction or installation projects. * Experience in quality management, assurance, and control in projects, including ISO 9001 or integrated management systems. * Experience in developing and implementing quality plans, procedures, protocols, and inspection matrices. * Experience in civil construction processes (earthmoving, foundations, and concrete), sanitary and electrical installations, and fabrication and assembly of steel structures, thermal insulation panels, roofing, and enclosures. * Experience in nonconformance management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and document control. * Experience in observation management, warranties, customer service, and satisfaction measurement. * Solid knowledge of standards such as RNE, ASTM, ACI, AWS, ASME, IIAR, etc. * Solid knowledge of fundamentals of industrial refrigeration systems and equipment using ammonia and glycol, electricity, electronics, testing, and commissioning. * Solid knowledge of national and international technical regulations, acceptance criteria, materials, testing methods, and measuring instruments. * Excel – Intermediate to advanced. * MS Project and AutoCAD – Intermediate. * Technical English – Intermediate. **Benefits** * SCTR. * Continuous training. * Benefits via the BUK platform. * Participation in corporate events. * Career path.
