Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Civil Engineer to support project planning and ensure the execution of construction works, meeting quality, budget, and schedule requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Support the planning and physical execution of construction projects. 2. Hybrid role between office (costs) and field (supervision). 3. Verification of safety standards (SSOMA) and proper use of materials. We seek to incorporate a proactive, analytical, and highly adaptable **Junior Civil Engineer** into our team—capable of excelling both in technical offices and on-site. **Job Objective:** Support project planning and ensure correct physical execution of construction works, guaranteeing compliance with established quality, budget, and schedule standards. **Main Responsibilities:** **Office (Costs):** * Prepare and review quantity take-offs, unit cost analyses (UCAs), and construction budgets. * Support preparation and review of monthly progress valuations and final settlements. * Monitor and control subcontractors and suppliers. * Track and control actual material losses and productivity versus projected values. **Field (Supervision):** * Assist in supervising work fronts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and drawings. * Verify proper use of materials and adherence to safety regulations (SSOMA). * Prepare daily/weekly physical progress reports. * Identify and promptly communicate any inconsistencies or deviations in the project. **Candidate Requirements:** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Civil Engineering. · **Experience:** 1–3 years of verifiable experience in similar roles (Resident Assistant, Technical Office Assistant, or equivalent). · **Tools:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in S10, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. · **Skills:** High level of organization, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication with site personnel.
