Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervise avocado oil production, ensuring quality, optimizing resources, and complying with GMP and PRP standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet the production plan. 2. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes. 3. Supervise compliance with GHP, GMP, and PRPs in process areas. **Objective** Supervise various production areas and their processes to ensure fulfillment of the production program, maintain quality standards, optimize material, technological, and human resources within the avocado oil production area, and supervise compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and PRPs (Prerequisite Programs) applicable in process areas. **Required Profile** * Education: Professional degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or process engineering; chemistry; food biochemistry; or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in food industry supervision roles. * Knowledge of food quality and safety. * Familiarity with GMP and PRPs. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Numerical aptitude and focus on performance indicators. * Continuous improvement experience is desirable. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet the production plan. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes. * Act as a facilitator to track deviation reports from the process. * Supervise compliance with GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and PRPs (Prerequisite Programs) in process areas through inspections, reporting to area supervisors, and tracking non-conformities. * Inspect the unit prior to loading and verify that it meets quality parameters for release. * Manage comprehensive pest control and waste removal through supplier accompaniment and documentation review. * Achieve KPIs. **We Offer** * Base salary: gross monthly remuneration S/. 3,400 – S/.3,600 * Food vouchers: S/.170 per month * Transportation allowance: S/.170 per month * 30 calendar days of vacation per year * Statutory bonuses and CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) **Work Location:** Industrial Park, La Esperanza District, Trujillo Province, Peru.
