(Responsibilities)** * **Scheduling and Routes:** Efficiently schedule and coordinate distribution and dispatch routes. * **Real-Time Monitoring:** Continuously track transport units during deliveries and promptly address any incidents (delays, returns, etc.). * **Internal Coordination:** Collaborate closely with the Warehouse department for accurate order preparation, maintaining constant communication with drivers and assistants. * **Documentation Control:** Rigorously manage dispatch documentation, including waybills, invoices, and cargo manifests. * **Performance Indicators and Reporting:** Prepare daily performance reports, record dispatches in the system, and support monitoring of key logistics indicators (On-Time In-Full, service level, on-time deliveries). * **Data Management:** Maintain up-to-date databases of customers, routes, and carriers. **What profile are we looking for?
