Job Summary: This role involves conducting efficacy trials for product registrations, coordinating tests, delivering training, and leading technical-commercial meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to conduct field demonstrations for customers Conduct efficacy trials for registration of use expansions with SENASA/DIGESA Conduct efficacy trials for registration of new products with SENASA/DIGESA Coordinate with immediate supervisor the trials and tests to be carried out, according to region and crop type. Plan and deliver training sessions for new products, aligned with needs and coordinated with immediate supervisor. Conduct technical-commercial meetings with technical representatives and farm managers. Conduct field demonstrations for customers, addressing questions and inquiries in coordination with immediate supervisor Itagro, a company of the SILVESTRE GROUP, with over 20 years in the national market, 100% Peruvian capital, dedicated to the development, production, importation, and commercialization of high-quality agricultural inputs, is seeking top talent for the position of Technical Developer - Northern Region \- Agroindustry Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering. Professional registration preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions such as Technical Developer, Development Assistant, Research Assistant, Field Technician, or related roles. Experience performing fieldwork, development trials, efficacy trials, technical validations, data collection, and report preparation. Experience in the agrochemical, agricultural, or agroindustrial sector. (Mandatory) Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management, Plant Nutrition, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Crop Protection, or related fields. (Mandatory) Familiarity with pesticide registration processes before SENASA and/or DIGESA is desirable. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Statistical software knowledge is desirable. Willingness to travel frequently within the northern region: Olmos, Piura, Trujillo, Chiclayo, and surrounding areas. Residence in Chiclayo or Trujillo. Valid driver's license.
