REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Systems and Computer Engineering / Technical degree in Systems and Computer Science. Ability to work under pressure. 6 months of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of PC, laptop, and printer assembly; video conferencing systems; and networking. Intermediate English. Intermediate Office skills; Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems; MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server; Java. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Install and configure technology to be used in the department. Perform periodic maintenance on departmental equipment. Conduct tests on new equipment for internal departmental procedures (Quality Control - KCS). Diagnose malfunctions in equipment returned from branches nationwide. Replace damaged or faulty components as necessary to ensure proper equipment operation. Prepare reports on the status of received equipment. Monitor the incoming flow of office equipment entering the warehouse.
