Educational Project Facilitator - Teacher - Trujillo

Inspired by values, we work in 100 countries with 42,000 collaborators, creating environments that provide opportunities for the most vulnerable children—even in the most remote locations. **Position Purpose:** To ensure quality in the implementation and management of the activities outlined in the BARCELONA – EDUCATION project’s programmatic proposal in the Amazon region, promoting child well-being and community development in intervention areas, with the aim that partners and communities sustain the changes beyond World Vision’s intervention. **What challenges do we have for you?** * Coordinate with educational authorities, civil society, academia, and the private sector to engage and mobilize them for project activities. * Support educational authorities, school principals (IIEE), civil society, academia, and the private sector in fulfilling their commitments toward achieving the project’s outputs and results. * Serve as a technical spokesperson and participate in various public and specialized forums in the region to position and influence key themes proposed in the project. * Support teacher and school leadership training (IIEE, UGEL, and GREL) and implement project-proposed actions to achieve the project’s intended outputs. * Contribute innovative proposals for project implementation by collaborating and reflecting with all World Vision Peru education teams. * Ensure integration of key cross-cutting approaches—including gender, nurturing care, protection, interculturality, faith, and development—into project activities. * Prepare reports and technical documents requested by WVP. * Travel to programs, projects, or locations where the organization operates, as well as to working meetings with local, regional, and/or national partner entities within the framework of program and/or project operations. **We would like you to meet the following requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in social sciences, education, psychology, or related fields. * Three (3) years of experience in projects targeting children, adolescents, and youth. * Experience in project management, stakeholder mobilization, and participation in technical educational and/or child well-being spaces. * Experience working in partnership with social organizations, state institutions, civil society in urban and rural settings, and children’s organizations (NNA). * Two (2) years of field experience in social and/or educational projects. * Knowledge of educational policy and public sector functioning. * Familiarity with the national competency framework and national curriculum. * Knowledge of social management and mobilization. * Availability to work in Trujillo – La Libertad and travel to various intervention areas. **World Vision offers you:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Statutory life insurance. * Institutional benefits. * Training opportunities. * A positive work environment. **Recruitment and Selection Legal Notice** * World Vision is committed to protecting personal data; therefore, by applying to this vacancy, the applicant consents to providing their personal data to World Vision for purposes related to the recruitment and selection process to which they are applying. * World Vision maintains an inclusive hiring policy; thus, in accordance with Law No. 29973, the General Law for Persons with Disabilities, this call is open to all.
