Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Graduate Technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Machinery, or related fields (Senati, Tecsup, or equivalent). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of proven experience in maintaining hydraulic systems of heavy machinery. * **Specific Knowledge (Desirable):** * Diagnosis and repair of **Putzmeister** equipment (mixcret, robot). * Maintenance of **Shotcrete** application equipment. * Reading of hydraulic and electrical schematics. * **Skills:** Ability to diagnose failures under pressure, proactivity, and focus on industrial safety. **III.
