We are seeking a highly specialized **Senior Automation Technician** in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) programming. This position is critical to the technical development of our projects, focusing on developing control logic from scratch and delivering detailed documentation for end users. **Responsibilities:** * Control Philosophy Development: Analyze industrial process requirements and design detailed control logic to ensure optimal and safe system operation. * Develop and debug PLC code using platforms such as Rockwell (Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal). * Configure and design HMI screens to provide an intuitive and efficient operator interface. * Create and deliver a detailed Operations Manual to the client, explaining system functionality and operational procedures. * Document developed programming logic to facilitate maintenance and future modifications. * Testing and Commissioning: Conduct FAT/SAT tests and participate in on-site commissioning, ensuring implemented control logic complies with specifications. * Technical Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide high-level technical support and propose improvements to existing control systems. **Requirements:** * Education: Higher Technical Diploma or University Degree in Automation and Control, Industrial Electronics, or related field. * Senior Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial control system development and programming. * Brand Proficiency: Solid and essential programming experience with: Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation—ControlLogix, CompactLogix, FactoryTalk View ME/SE; Siemens—S7-1200/1500, Step 7, TIA Portal, WinCC. * In-Depth Knowledge: Advanced understanding of industrial communication networks (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, etc.). * Documentation Skills: Exceptional ability to produce clear and precise technical documentation (Operations Manuals, Flowcharts, Control Philosophy).
