Professional growth opportunities **Production Supervisor** **Company:** Pallets Standard EIRL – Manufacturer of wooden pallets/skid boards. **Location:** Pan-American Highway North, km. 807 (Lambayeque \- Mórrope) **Reference:** 5 minutes from Mocce roundabout, passing Ransa. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of **experience** supervising production processes or similar positions in manufacturing companies. * Experience in leadership, team management, and performance indicator analysis. * Knowledge of planning, supervision of production processes, and continuous improvement. * Preferred: Familiarity with production systems and industrial safety regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably intermediate-level Excel. * Preferred: Residency in Lambayeque, Mórrope, or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist the plant manager in achieving quantity, quality, and timeliness objectives. * Supervise and coordinate daily activities across various departments. * Verify that wood cutting, sizing, and grading processes comply with established technical specifications. * Monitor personnel performance for task-based or shift-based work, validating effective completion of assigned duties. * Delegate responsibilities and assign supervisors according to departmental functions, objectives, and production priorities. * Supervise proper use of machinery, tools, and equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions or maintenance requirements. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, mandatory use of PPE, and risk prevention. * Coordinate with various production departments to ensure continuity of the production flow. * Report daily production indicators, losses, rework, and efficiency to the plant manager. * Identify quality or timeline deviations and propose immediate corrective actions. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and discipline within the area under supervision. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and resource optimization. * Identify issues in the manufacturing process and propose solutions to prevent delays or errors. * Analyze and report key performance indicators such as efficiency, productivity, downtime, and material waste. * Submit reports to the plant manager with proposals for continuous improvement. * Participate in strategic planning meetings with management to align production goals. **OFFERED:** * **Payment schedule:** Biweekly. * Professional growth opportunities. **HOW TO APPLY:** Interested candidates meeting the profile may send their updated CV to the email address **reclutamiento@palletsstandard.com** with the subject line: *Application for Production Supervisor*.
