Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Grill Master. * Proven knowledge of broth and soup preparation. * Mastery of seasoning, marinating, and cooking techniques. * Basic knowledge of GMP and food hygiene regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. Responsibilities: * Prepare, season, and cook rotisserie chicken, ensuring precise doneness and flavor. * Prepare traditional broths and soups (e.g., chicken broth, criolla soup, among others). * Operate ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment correctly. * Control portion sizes, supplies, and preparation times. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Support proper food rotation and storage. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure fast and efficient service. SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SUNDAY – ROTATING SHIFT WITH 1 DAY OFF PER WEEK SALARY: 1600 RXH +200 MOBILITY BONUS BENEFITS: Monthly timely payments. Payments issued via honorarium receipt.
