A fruit company is seeking 2 quality inspectors. Requirements: * Food Engineering, Biology, or related field (completed university degree/technical degree) * Training in GMP / HACCP implementation (mandatory) * Training in BRC standard (preferred) * Minimum 6 months of experience in the agro-industrial sector Responsibilities: * Conduct evaluation and monitoring of CCPs within the HACCP system, verifying compliance with surveillance systems and control limits. * Manage and verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in fruit and vegetable processing. * Manage traceability with relevant departments, covering our processes from raw material receipt to final distribution. * Monitor applicable process/product validations conducted at the plant. * Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor **Work Schedule:** 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday to Saturday **Weekly Salary:** USD 369.18 (equivalent to USD 1,600) Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at USD 369.18 per week Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working with fruits? * District of residence Work Location: On-site employment
