If you are ready to make a difference and lead with purpose, this position is for you. **Position Purpose:** Responsible for applying assessment tools for fundamental learning among migrant and refugee children and adolescents in initial, primary, and secondary education during transit; guiding them academically by delivering educational kits containing learning notebooks; advising parents, guardians, or caregivers on the right to education, access to educational services, and parenting practices that support the development of socio-emotional skills, reading, and mathematics in their children. Provide telephone and other virtual follow-up support for ongoing learning and access to educational services, coordinating with civil society and government partners (UGEL, DRE, and others) to ensure continued support and promote educational access. **What challenges do we have for you?** · Attend to migrant and refugee children and adolescents in transit and their families entering or leaving Peruvian territory, traveling to identified areas for service provision. · Conduct learning assessments, provide family or caregiver guidance, deliver educational kits and learning notebooks, and offer virtual or phone-based follow-up during transit. · Ensure timely data entry into the project platform to maintain real-time information on achievements related to services provided to children, adolescents, and their families. · Support integration between project activities and those of other WV projects or partner initiatives implemented in the area or in regions influencing the project. · Collaborate in preparing reports and technical documents requested by various entities (partners, donors, UN). · Travel to programs, projects, or locations where the organization operates, as well as attend meetings with local, regional, and/or national partner organizations within the framework of program and/or project implementation. **We would like you to meet the following requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree or certified professional in education, social sciences, psychology, or related fields. · Two years of experience in a similar role or equivalent, implementing education projects with migrant and refugee populations. · One year of experience working directly with children and adolescents and their families, preferably migrants and refugees. · One year of experience in social and/or educational field projects.
