




Job Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Technical Support professional to provide software and hardware support, including installations, configurations, and preventive maintenance. Configuration and reconfiguration of label printers A leading retail sector company is looking for top talent to fill the position of: Freelance Technical Support \- Tumbes **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science or Information Technology program (final cycles) or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, software installation, and antivirus deployment. * Experience supporting printers, label printers, ticket printers, and/or Pocket devices. * Valid driver's license (RxH). * Steel-toed boots required. * Must reside in Tumbes. * Team-oriented, communicative, self-motivated, and quick learner. **Responsibilities:** * On-demand basis. * Provide software-level user support, including software installation and configuration; OS formatting for computers; performing backups and data restoration as needed — for PCs and/or Pocket devices. * Perform preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, cash drawers, ticket printers, Pocket devices, etc. * Provide printer support, including print queue setup and supplier coordination if necessary. * Provide label printer support, including configuration and reconfiguration. **Benefits:** * Payment per ticket: S/50 for Micro tickets and S/17 for Pocket and Tablet tickets. Alternatively, daily rate of S/80 for an 8-hour shift. * Subject to operational requirements. * Payments are made biweekly, every Friday.
