Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with current internal policies, standards, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Incomplete university degree or completed technical studies related to support areas: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Promoter. Knowledge of Bantotal **What challenges will you face?** * Manage and record cash at the branch under dual control, to maintain proper oversight of cash movements at teller windows, vault cash, and ATMs. * Actively perform operations within respective areas according to internal regulations, intercompany commercial agreements within the Scotiabank Group, and applicable legal requirements. * Actively support the Service Manager so that Service Promoters remain updated on regulations, operational procedures, quality and security guidelines, as well as bank products and services, in order to prevent and/or minimize operational risk and ensure accurate information is provided to internal and external customers. * Support the Service Manager in reviewing and controlling the branch’s valuable documents (e.g., manager's checks, checking account checks, debit/credit cards, etc.) to ensure proper administration and safeguarding of the branch’s valuables. Likewise, assist in signature verification within the SAFI system, contributing to accurate registration at the start of customer relationships and identifying risk anomalies in customer documentation. registration at the beginning of the relationship and identifying risk anomalies in the documentation of our customers. * Authorize transactions exceeding established limits as an alternate to the Service Manager when they have not signed in the system, expediting the processing of transactions requiring authorization. * Handle special operations requiring longer execution times or greater complexity, such as bill entries, payroll processing, printing of manager's checks, issuing Telebanking checks, etc., meeting customer and public user requirements promptly and securely. * Address and resolve (when feasible) operational inquiries and complaints raised by customers, and promote the migration of counter transactions to alternative service channels (agent ATMs, virtual channels, or others). * Serve customers and the general public in counter transactions upon request from the Service Manager and/or Branch Manager. This function must be performed while properly managing assigned cash and complying with internal regulations and current legal requirements. * Promote to our customers the use of virtual channels and their associated benefits, as well as other alternatives to meet their financial needs, contributing to cost reduction and decreasing transactional load at branches.
