MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ASSISTANT JC S.A.C. CONSULTING is a consulting firm that promotes and implements various management systems aligned with international standards (ISO/SA) as well as national regulations across diverse enterprises, enabling certification and maintenance or expansion of their scope. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate willing to take on challenges and grow professionally in this role. **Requirements:** \- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience providing document management support. \- Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., quality, occupational health and safety, environment, etc.). \- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project/AutoCAD/Photoshop. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Support in the development and tracking of departmental requirements. \- Update procedures, work instructions, manuals, and regulations of the management system. \- Review and update procedures and formats specific to the candidate’s area of work. \- Participate in internal and external audits as required. \- Perform any other tasks assigned by the department coordinator that contribute to effective management. **Behavioral Competencies:** \- Results-oriented. \- Commitment. \- Teamwork. \- Effective communication.
