Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer to lead the planning, monitoring, and control of building construction projects, optimizing resources and ensuring schedule compliance. Leadership, organization, and proactivity on site. We are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the position of: PRODUCTION ENGINEER **Project:** Construction of the *Regional Hospital of Pucallpa*. Required Profile: * Professional in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture**. * Degree holder, licensed, and duly registered. * Prior experience in planning, monitoring, and production control for building construction projects—especially hospital infrastructure or large-scale projects—is highly desirable. * Knowledge of construction scheduling, progress control, and resource optimization. * Proficiency in quantity take-offs, valuations, and field activity coordination. * Ability to coordinate with various disciplines and ensure schedule adherence. * Skill in identifying and resolving technical constraints and observations during execution. * Leadership, organizational skills, and goal- and productivity-oriented mindset on site. * Proactivity, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.
