Required Profile: * Professional in **Civil Engineering**. * Graduated, registered with the professional association, and licensed. * Prior experience in execution and supervision of building construction projects—especially hospital infrastructure or large-scale projects—will be highly valued. * Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and on-site activity monitoring. * Ability to coordinate fieldwork across various specialties and contractors. * Skill in identifying and resolving technical observations during construction. * Proficiency in quantity surveying, valuation, and progress tracking of construction works. * Leadership, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
