




Job Summary: HR Analyst with experience in payroll processing, personnel control, vacation management, recruitment and selection, and labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of improvements in the work environment. **Agro-industrial company requires a HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST \- PAYROLL SPECIALIST with the following profile**: Maintain the registration and control of the payroll for all company employees, including those from outsourcing, with experience in PIECEWORK (WEEKLY). Keep each employee's file up to date. Keep the SSF ERP system updated with information on all personnel. Consolidate quarterly staff evaluations. Generate monthly reports on truncated and pending vacations, and review vacation scheduling in coordination with departments, leaves, and other matters with appropriate advance notice. Plan recreational activities and events for staff to foster loyalty and commitment from employees toward the company. Issue semiannual CTS settlements. Review AFP, ONP, and Essalud records. Register hires and terminations as appropriate in the SUNAT payroll. Inform management and department heads about expiring employment contracts and possible renewals based on requirements from various departments. Conduct recruitment, selection, hiring, and evaluation of personnel according to departmental needs, in coordination with each department. Submit to accounting the list of personnel to be hired. Register and prepare employment contracts. Communicate directives regarding workers' rights and obligations. Issue memoranda or performance reports on staff. Submit a weekly attendance report to management. Issue payroll slips. Inform management about employee conduct and job performance. Inform management about expiring employment contracts and possible renewals based on requirements from various departments. Submit to accounting a weekly payroll report for piecework and a monthly payroll report for each company. Seek improvements related to the work environment. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and/or Psychology. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position. * Leadership and managerial capability.
