GRUPO CASAMAT E.I.R.L., a recognized import company, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Accounting Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS** * Student in the final cycles or graduate of a technical or university program in Accounting (Mandatory). * Experience using ERP systems (Mandatory). * Proficiency in data entry within ERP: banking operations, bank reconciliations. * Knowledge of recording banking documents, negotiable instruments, and tax withholdings. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Minimum one year of prior experience in this role. * Proactive attitude and openness to learning. * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador from Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:15 pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record purchase vouchers, supporting invoices, disbursements, professional service receipts, and petty cash expenses in the system. * Record IMPORTS (DUAS SETTLEMENTS — INCLUDING EXPENSES). * Verify that supporting documents comply with SUNAT requirements. * Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and/or digital accounting document archives. * Submit monthly to the external accountant all documentation required for tax filings and financial statement preparation (pre-calculation Excel files: Income Tax, IGV, IMPORTS). * Monitor compliance with tax payment and filing deadlines. * Provide requested information to the external accountant within established timeframes. * Address observations and requests related to accounting, auditing, or tax inspections. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Provide accounting information to support management decision-making when required. * Review SUNAT emails via the official platform. * Enter daily exchange rates into the accounting system. * Perform bank reconciliations within the system. * Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to this position.
