**SERMARZA.FA**, a company dedicated to custom furniture manufacturing and general services, is looking for an **experienced master craftsman** who can take charge of project coordination and oversee workshop and field operations. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate carpentry, painting, basic electrical work (furniture lighting), drywall, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks. * Assign tasks to assistants and ensure timely completion. * Report daily progress (photos and comments) of work performed at each assigned location. * Monitor the proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and work areas. * Provide direct support in carpentry and furniture assembly when necessary. Requirements * Minimum of 3 years of experience in general services or carpentry (preferably with melamine, MDF, and furniture assembly). * Practical knowledge in at least two of the following areas: basic electricity (furniture lighting), painting, drywall, plumbing, locksmithing. * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Completed secondary education (technical training preferred). * Responsible, punctual, and willing to lead work teams. Optional * Valid driver's license (Class A1). * Previous experience as a supervisor or crew leader.
