Proficiency in Law No. 29783 and prior experience in OSH At **MP Outsourcing Logístico**, we are currently seeking an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant** to join our team at our **Callao** office, located just a few blocks from the **Faucett Outlet**. The position operates on a schedule of **Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.**, under the **MYPE – Small Business payroll scheme**, with a **monthly remuneration ranging between S/ 1,500 and S/ 1,800**, subject to evaluation. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the **implementation, updating, and continuity of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System**, actively participating in operational, administrative, and field tasks. The role requires proficiency in **Law No. 29783 and its regulations**, as well as prior experience in equivalent positions. **Main Responsibilities** * Contribute to the execution and maintenance of the **OSH Management System**. * Deliver **5-minute safety talks** and conduct awareness-raising activities. * Supervise workplace practices and verify compliance with the **IPERC**. * Manage **OSH forms, records, mandatory training**, and OSH indicators. * Prepare **periodic OSH reports and reports**. * Participate in **audits, standardization processes, and scheduled visits**. * Conduct **regular visits** to various operations according to the established schedule. **Requirements** * Technical or university education (Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) in **OSH Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in similar roles. * Essential knowledge of **Law No. 29783** and its regulations. * Familiarity with **OSH management systems**, documentation, and fieldwork.
