Active participation in the organization's continuous improvement. * Supervise daily activities with permanent on-site presence where equipment/machinery is located. * Continuously coordinate daily progress (daily submission of reports). * Establish and monitor compliance with safety standards during work execution. * Maintain formal and open communication with operators. * Actively participate in the organization's continuous improvement process. Requirements: * Industrial, Environmental, Mining, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related bachelor's degree; junior engineer. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions within the mining sector or other sectors. * Availability to work under atypical employment arrangements.
