We wish you great success throughout this process! **Service Advisor** * Business Line: Branch Network * Unit: Collections Solutions – Service Platform * Level: 4.2 * Contract Type: Fixed Term **Mission:** The purpose of the Service Advisor is to ensure proper attention to clients with overdue debts, providing solution alternatives aligned with their needs and the Bank's recovery objectives. This role contributes to achieving the Branch Network’s plans and strategies, guaranteeing efficient processes and adherence to current internal rules, policies, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Be a technical graduate or university student in the final cycles of Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Law, or related fields. * Have at least 1 year of customer service experience. * Handle financial tools and possess basic banking knowledge. * Possess basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). * Have intermediate-level knowledge of consumer protection regulations and civil code. * Demonstrate well-developed competencies in customer orientation, teamwork, results focus, communication, ability to work under pressure, as well as strong negotiation skills. **What challenges will you face?** **Handling and Resolving Inquiries*** Address client inquiries regarding overdue debts, providing information and alternatives for regularizing their obligations. * Respond to inquiries from SBP FDNs regarding portfolio status and available resolution options for their clients. * Register attended clients in the SAGEC/CYBER system, ensuring quality parameters and traceability. **Refinancing Management and Negotiation*** Execute and coordinate with relevant units the activation of discounts, refinancings, and reprogramming. * Perform administrative and documentary control of refinancing files for approval and custody. * Participate in meetings or visits with clients and/or creditors to negotiate payment alternatives, protecting the Bank's recovery and mitigating reputational risks. * Request and manage debt settlements for negotiations. **Compliance, Control, and Risk Culture*** Carry out activities in accordance with the Bank's risk appetite and current management frameworks (operational risk, compliance risk, money laundering, and terrorist financing). * Ensure operational efficiency and proper execution of daily business controls.
