Comprehensive management of mining operations and compliance with legal-environmental requirements Lead, design, and execute the entire alluvial open-pit gold mining cycle for a project in the Ucayali\-Padre Abad region. The professional will be responsible for the roadmap—from exploration and reserve estimation to plant commissioning—optimizing mineral recovery while ensuring operational efficiency and strict compliance with Peruvian legal and environmental regulations. **Education**: Mining Engineer, Geologist, or Metallurgist (licensed and authorized). Technical Manager for Exploration and Exploitation (Multidisciplinary) **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in alluvial (gold) mining operations in jungle environments or similar open-pit projects. Proven experience in alluvial deposit exploration, placer mining design and operation, and gravimetric beneficiation processes (with or without controlled amalgamation), water management (designing water handling systems, sedimentation ponds, and recirculation circuits to prevent unauthorized discharges) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: Starting from S/.4,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
