Job Summary:
Lead the alluvial to open-pit gold mining cycle of a project—from exploration through commissioning—optimizing recovery and ensuring legal compliance.

Lead, design, and execute the entire alluvial to open-pit gold mining cycle for a project in the Ucayali\-Padre Abad region. The professional will be responsible for the roadmap—from exploration and reserve estimation to commissioning of the processing plant—optimizing mineral recovery while ensuring operational efficiency and strict compliance with Peruvian legal and environmental frameworks.
**Education**: Mining Engineer, Geologist, or Metallurgist (licensed and duly registered).
Technical Manager for Exploration and Exploitation (Multidisciplinary)
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of direct experience in alluvial (gold) mining operations in jungle environments or similar open-pit projects.
Demonstrable experience in alluvial deposit exploration, placer mining design and operation, and gravimetric beneficiation processes (with or without controlled amalgamation), as well as water management (designing water handling systems, sedimentation ponds, and recirculation circuits to prevent unauthorized discharges).
