Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to verify regulatory compliance, conduct inspections, and control the quality of materials on engineering construction projects. What profile are we looking for? Graduate in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in this position or similar roles. Microsoft Office — Intermediate level. Willingness to work in Pucallpa. What will be your challenges? Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements for the project. Conduct quality inspections during construction activities (earthworks, structures, installations, finishes, among others). Control the quality of construction materials both on-site and upon receipt (concrete, steel, aggregates, prefabricated components, structures, cables, etc.). Prepare and maintain inspection records, protocols, checklists, and quality reports for the project. Identify, document, and report non-conformities related to execution, materials, or construction processes. Control the identification, segregation, and disposition of non-conforming work or materials. Support internal audits, client inspections, and technical supervision of the project. Monitor project quality metrics and report deviations to the Quality Manager. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements related to project quality. Perform other duties related to the position and/or additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor based on knowledge and experience. What benefits do we offer?
