Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to verify compliance with standards, conduct inspections, and control quality in engineering and construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. What profile are we seeking? Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in this position or similar roles. Microsoft Office – Intermediate level. Willingness to work in Pucallpa. What will be your challenges? Verify compliance with construction drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements. Conduct quality inspections during construction activities (earthworks, structures, installations, finishes, among others). Control the quality of construction materials both on site and upon receipt (concrete, steel, aggregates, prefabricated components, structures, cables, etc.). Prepare and maintain inspection records, protocols, checklists, and quality reports for construction works. Identify, document, and report non-conformities related to execution, materials, or construction processes. Control the identification, segregation, and disposition of non-conforming work or materials. Support internal audits, customer inspections, and technical supervision of the project. Monitor project quality metrics and report deviations to the Quality Manager. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements linked to construction quality. Perform other duties related to this position and/or any additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor based on knowledge and experience. What benefits do we offer?
