Efficiently implement the educational proposal We are the **Hesen Educational Corporation**, dedicated to promoting and supporting the holistic development of our students, aiming to cultivate socially responsible citizens with a transformative vision of themselves and their environment. **Currently, we are recruiting Communication Teachers for our San Juan de Miraflores campus:** **What will be your mission?** Enhance students' competencies, skills, and performance, while fostering values and a culture of continuous learning. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree or certified graduate in secondary education * Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at the Upper Primary (Grades 4–6) and Secondary levels in pre-university schools * Proficiency in ICT tools * Innovative, technology-oriented, motivating, empathetic, communicative, committed, and dynamic profile **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently implement the educational proposal using corporate parameters and tools * Continuously assess and provide feedback on students' learning process * Foster motivation and deliver strategies aligned with students' learning styles * Provide academic guidance and cultivate study habits by regularly updating student grade rankings and classroom learning goals * Comply with the Corporation’s administrative and management processes and actively participate in related activities as required * Develop educational materials, innovation projects, and extracurricular activities integrated into the school calendar **Requirements:** * Proactive, empathetic, and team-oriented * Preferably residing in San Juan de Miraflores or neighboring districts We offer: * Training program * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Employment type: Full-time Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
