Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Electronic Engineer or Technician to provide support and maintenance for cash processing equipment, with direct customer interaction and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Direct customer contact and preparation of technical reports

A leading Peruvian company responsible for the distribution and technical support of cash processing equipment—and serving the country's most important financial institutions—is currently seeking an Electronic Engineer or Technician residing in Pucallpa.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must reside in Pucallpa (MANDATORY)
* Must hold a degree or bachelor's title as an Electronic Engineer or Technician (certified)
* Willingness to travel and undergo training in Lima (covered by the company)
* Availability for frequent travel and scheduled maintenance routes
* Experience in maintaining banknote/coin counting equipment; alternatively, experience with slot machines or ATMs
* Proactive, dynamic, and responsible individual
* Strong oral and written communication skills, articulate and capable of interacting effectively at all levels
* Must not be enrolled in studies between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (office hours and frequent travel)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct scheduled support and maintenance routes for cash processing equipment.
* Travel to various provinces across Peru according to schedule.
* Maintain direct contact with the company's customers.
* Coordinate with technical and operations departments.
* Prepare technical reports.
