Job Summary: Provide information, sell the company's products and services, verify customer requirements, handle complaints, safeguard assets, and participate in promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active sales of the company's products and services 2. Participation in on-site group promotional campaigns 3. External customer service and support Provide external potential customers with information regarding the company's products, promotions, and services, as well as their terms and conditions. Sell all the company's services and products. Verify and ensure that customers meet the required criteria to access the company's products and/or services. Handle complaints from all the company's external customers. Safeguard monetary and non-monetary assets assigned by the company to the individual for performing job duties, such as cash, SIM cards, mobile phones, modems, and computers. Participate in on-site group promotional campaigns and follow up on each campaign.
