Administrative Officer – Hydrocarbons Sector (Service Stations)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to supervise administrative activities, manage documentation, and support finance and human resources functions within the hydrocarbons sector.

1. Manage and supervise daily administrative activities
2. Support billing, payments, collections, and expense control
3. Provide administrative support to management and operational departments
A hydrocarbons sector company (service stations) requires an Administrative Officer:
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and supervise the company’s daily administrative activities
* Control and archive administrative, contractual, and operational documentation
* Prepare administrative, financial, and internal control reports
* Support billing, payments, collections, and expense control processes
* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and hydrocarbons sector clients
* Support administrative processes related to personnel (attendance, contracts, documentation)
* Handle procurement, service orders, and administrative follow-up
* Control administrative inventories and assets
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and basic sector regulations
* Provide administrative support to management and operational departments
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of **1 year** of experience in administrative positions
* Prior experience in service station companies is desirable
* Knowledge of administration, billing, and expense control
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory)
* Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure
