At **Teknisolutions S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to climate control solutions, technological infrastructure, and comprehensive maintenance, we are seeking a responsible, proactive **Air Conditioning Technician** with solid experience in **HVAC system installation and maintenance**. **Main Responsibilities** * Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of **Split, Multisplit, VRF, Floor-Ceiling, Cassette, and Fan Coil** units. * Diagnosis and repair of **electrical, electronic, and mechanical** failures in climate control systems. * Measurement and monitoring of **pressures, temperatures, and power consumption**. * Refrigerant gas charging and recovery. * Cleaning and calibration of components (filters, coils, drains, control panels). * Compliance with company-established **safety and environmental regulations**. * Technical reporting of completed services. **Requirements** * **Graduated technician or degree holder** in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields. * **Minimum experience:** 2 years in similar roles. * Knowledge in: * Basic electricity and blueprint interpretation. * Refrigerant gases (R410A, R32, R290\). * Automation or basic control systems (thermostats, control panels). * Desired: Class A-I or A-II driver's license. * Availability to work on-site and in hospital or industrial projects. **Personal Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work under pressure. * Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and service orientation. * Organization and commitment to workplace safety. **We Offer** * Join a technologically growing company. * Ongoing training in HVAC systems and new technologies. * Positive work environment and career development opportunities. * Market-competitive salary based on performance.
