Ensure optimal conditions in the data center for equipment. **Brief Job Description:** Electromechanical Technical Service: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Lead and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for air conditioning and ventilation systems. ➢ Lead and perform installation activities for air conditioning systems. ➢ Respond immediately to incidents and report status to the monitoring operator. ➢ Operate electromechanical equipment during incidents, maintenance, and installations. ➢ Lead and perform installation activities for anti-seismic bases, floor tile distribution in rooms, and airflow distribution within server racks. ➢ Actively participate in preventive maintenance and structured cabling system installation activities. ➢ Supervise equipment entry/exit from the computer center. ➢ Conduct daily inspections of IT equipment in computer center rooms. Supervise vendor work performed within Data Center facilities. ➢ Ensure stable and appropriate temperature and humidity levels in the data center to prevent overheating, equipment damage, and ensure continuous operation. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Perform high-altitude work during specialized maintenance. ➢ Supervise equipment entry/exit from the computer center. ➢ Conduct daily inspections and report the status of mechanical equipment. ➢ Supervise vendor work performed within the Computer Center facilities. ➢ Provide support for activities carried out by the Electrical Technician. ➢ Provide assistance and participate in electrical installation and structured cabling work. Knowledge of precision air conditioning units, diesel generator sets. Desirable knowledge of structured cabling and monitoring systems (BMS, SCADA), and fire protection systems. Experience Three years of experience in Facilities or as an Operational Maintenance Technician. Similarly, if the indicated trainings are unavailable, Education and Experience shall substantiate the expected knowledge.
