HV COMERCIAL We are currently looking for an HVAC SERVICE SUPERVISOR who meets the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS** * Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Refrigeration Mechanical Technician with proven experience. * Candidate must have a minimum of 03 years of experience in similar positions within the HVAC and mechanical ventilation industry. * Class A1 driver's license. * Full-time availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and manage scheduled maintenance and/or installation work within the service area. * Control materials and spare parts required for maintenance and/or installation services. * Manage HVAC personnel teams and external contractors. * Report on progress of assigned service tasks. * Prepare reports and deliverables until service completion is confirmed. * Report on scheduling of assigned personnel. * Report equipment failures and/or activities related to units assigned to the work team.
