We are currently seeking an **HVAC ASSISTANT** to support installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Student in air conditioning and/or refrigeration. * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position. * Experience installing conventional and fan coil equipment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residency in areas adjacent to the district of SAN ISIDRO **(desirable)** **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Assist technicians with air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair. * Transport tools and equipment required to carry out assigned tasks. * Comply with established safety regulations and procedures. * Perform other duties related to the position. * Responsible and proactive. **BENEFITS**: * Market-competitive salary. * SCTR (Occupational Risk Insurance). * Bonus in July and December. * Bonus for dinner during extended work shifts. * Positive work environment.
