**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for commissioning air conditioning equipment and systems to maintain equipment warranty * Responsible for providing service and maintenance of air conditioning equipment and systems. * Follow up on services provided until completion, including pending spare parts and activities to be carried out * Generate service reports for customers. * Prepare service expense reports within the periods established by the company. * Maintain direct communication with the end customer when they have acquired our preventive and/or corrective maintenance service, for any emergency call or service coordination * Responsible for the care, preparation, and proper use of tools necessary for service delivery * In charge of advising the end customer on parts that should be kept as minimum stock in their facilities to avoid long downtimes due to maintenance and/or repair * Perform assigned tasks following the company's Health and Safety guidelines. * Stay updated on new technologies or equipment released by our manufacturer to understand their operation and repair. * Provide support in the execution of technical training plans. **Requirements**: * Graduated technician or completed studies in air conditioning and refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance technician roles. * Experience in corrective maintenance and startup of water-cooled chillers. * Knowledge and/or experience in chiller control and automation, and other HVAC systems. **Benefits**: * Competitive market salary. * Full-time employment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Continuous training. * Opportunity for long-term employment and professional growth within a leading HVAC company.
