Job Summary: Tortas Gaby is seeking a Maintenance Technician specializing in Industrial Refrigeration and General Services to oversee equipment, facilities, and supplier management within a collaborative environment. Currently, our family is growing; therefore, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN and GENERAL SERVICES. What do you need to apply? * Professional technician in INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION / INDUSTRIAL MECHANICS / INDUSTRIAL MECHATRONICS \- GENERAL SERVICES * Availability from Monday to Saturday. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. * Promptness and efficiency; proactive attitude. * Responsible individual with strong organizational skills. What is the professional challenge? * Diagnose and control machines, equipment, and installations. * Interact with external suppliers, prepare quotations and comparative Excel tables. * Knowledge of General Services. * Organize various municipal documents in general. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks, complete forms according to the schedule, and update them accordingly. * Carry out plumbing, painting, or other non-complex tasks as required. * Must possess strong interpersonal skills. * Responsible for ensuring proper operation of refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and other equipment. * Analyze appropriate equipment placement and their respective electrical power supplies. * Knowledge of documentary procedures: ITSE, INDECI, OPERATING LICENSE, MUNICIPAL LICENSES IN GENERAL.
