Air conditioning and refrigeration engineering company, we are currently looking for the best talent to fill the position of Occupational Health and Safety Prevention Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, evaluate and control occupational risks to prevent accidents and work-related illnesses. Design and implement prevention programs. Provide staff training. Conduct inspections and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with regulations. Supervision and monitoring. Prepare reports and documentation. Accident investigations. Advise management and workers. Emergency management. Promote a prevention culture. First aid and emergency response training. REQUIREMENTS: Education: University degree in engineering (industrial, environmental, or related fields), or technical degree in occupational health and safety. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with Peruvian occupational health and safety regulations, such as Law 29783 and its regulations, as well as hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC). Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the role. Skills: Ability to conduct safety inspections, prepare reports, investigate accidents, and deliver training on OHS topics. Documentation: Possession of OHS training certificates, such as working at heights, confined spaces, or handling hazardous substances. Availability: Willingness to work day or night shifts as required by the company. Soft skills: Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to promote a safety culture within the organization.
