Position Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Service Technical Supervisor with experience in refrigeration and team leadership to supervise and direct maintenance and installation activities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience leading HVAC teams. 2. Supervision of maintenance and installation of services. 3. Control of materials and spare parts for services. HV COMERCIAL Is currently seeking an HVAC SERVICE TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR who meets the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS** * Refrigeration mechanical technician with proven experience. * Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in similar positions within the HVAC and mechanical ventilation industry. * Prior experience leading teams. * Full-time availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and direct scheduled maintenance and/or installation work in the service area. * Control materials and spare parts for maintenance and/or installation services. * Manage HVAC personnel and contractors. * Report progress on assigned service tasks. * Submit reports and deliverables until service completion is confirmed. * Report on scheduling of assigned personnel. * Report equipment failures and/or activities related to units assigned to the work team.
