Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced mold maker technician or related professional with expertise in maintaining plastic injection molds and knowledge of workshop tools and CNC. Key Highlights: 1. Repair and maintenance of plastic injection molds 2. Knowledge of lathe, drilling, tapping, welding, and CNC 3. Verification and adjustment of mold inserts and mold systems REQUIREMENTS: \- Mold maker technician, mechanical technician, or related field \- Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic injection mold maintenance \- Knowledge of lathe, drilling, tapping, welding, etc. \- Knowledge of CNC machining center \- Knowledge of hot runner systems RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Restore proper functionality of molds \- Repair molds, dies, and mechanical parts \- Perform preventive and corrective die maintenance \- Verify alignment of mold inserts \- Inspect mold ejection system \- Inspect and verify cooling channels \- Polish molds and product grips \- Rectify grips in the mold cavity WORK SCHEDULE: \- Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. \- 7 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. \- 1 p.m. SALARY RANGE: \- Negotiable salary Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
