RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Issuing electronic payment vouchers (Invoice, Receipt, Credit Note, Debit Note, Shipping Guide) 2\. Canceling payment vouchers 3\. Applying advance invoices 4\. Validating electronic payment vouchers 5\. Generating departmental reports 6\. Archiving issued documents sequentially 7\. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS Accounting technician or graduate in Accounting. SAP proficiency preferred. One year of experience in this position or performing similar duties. Basic or intermediate Excel skills. Teamwork management skills. Availability to work in San Luis from Monday to Saturday.
