Job Summary: We are seeking an Equipment Buyer for new projects, renovations, and special initiatives, responsible for planning, tendering, purchasing management, and delivery coordination. Promote continuous improvement of processes and suppliers. **Job Description** ---------------------- Equipment Buyer (furniture, equipment, or other items) for new projects, renovations, special projects, roll-outs, or other requirements. * Plan, estimate, and control fixed-asset budgets, ensuring efficiency and tracking of variances. * Lead end\-to\-end tendering processes: preparation of tender documents, issuing invitations, managing queries, technical\-economic evaluation, comparative tables, and awarding contracts. * Analyze supplier proposals, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvements in specifications. * Timely manage purchases to ensure schedule compliance and monitor delivery timelines, resolving contingencies and applying penalties as needed. * Administer SAP processes (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, HES), ensuring correct administrative execution and invoicing. * Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for delivery, installation, and acceptance of assets, including on-site inspection visits. * Manage after-sales service, warranties, and supplier performance, promoting their continuous development. * Maintain up-to-date technical information, documentation, and reports, driving continuous improvements in processes and specifications.
